Why Central PA Surrogacy
Unlike other professionals, we can help intended parents and gestational carriers through every single step of the surrogacy process. Whether it’s finding a match, reviewing surrogacy contracts, or arranging for labor and delivery, Central PA Surrogacy will take care of it all.
Our program is headed by Pennsylvania attorney Denise M. Bierly and her business partner Meshia Calhoun. In their work at our partner law firm, Bierly & Rabuck, Denise and Meshia have helped many families and surrogates achieve their surrogacy goals over the last two decades.
As a local Pennsylvania program, we can offer surrogacy services for a fraction of the price of larger, national agencies. But we also provide competitive compensation rates for all of our generous surrogates. At Central PA Surrogacy, it’s about you — not the money.
When you work with Central PA Surrogacy, you’ll receive hands-on case management from our local professionals. We’re excited to meet you in person and develop a personal relationship as we guide you through this life-changing journey.

The Academy of Adoption and Assisted Reproduction Attorneys (AAAA) is an organization of nearly 500 highly vetted attorneys dedicated to the competent and ethical practice of adoption and assisted reproduction law. AAAA and its attorneys are dedicated to the competent and ethical practice of adoption and ART law, advocating for laws and policies to protect the best interests of children, the legal status of families formed through adoption and ART, and the rights of all interested parties including birth parents, adoptive parents, surrogates, donors, and intended parents.
AAAA includes 470 attorneys, law professors, and judges who are recognized as Fellows and have extensive experience in the practice of adoption law, ART law, or both. Located around the world – including the United States, Canada, Australia, Argentina, Israel, and the United Kingdom – Fellows of AAAA are considered legal thought leaders and are a highly-vetted, experienced group.
Fellows regularly participate in continuing legal education to make sure they are up-to-date on current laws, medical advances, and best practices. They have rapid access to legal resources in other states and countries and to each other for ideas and strategies. Fellows can be trusted to apply all of this to their clients during their family building journey
